The whole experience was fantastic! My standard king room was luxurious and brand-new. Staff was brilliant all this time. Fabulous place with excellent service too. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of an open - air museum.

The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was WONDERFUL. The personnel was willing to help and seemed to be very, very nice. You could walk to shopping malls and a market. Moreover, it was just a short stroll away from a parish church. The downstairs bar was cosy and the drinks were complementary.

Spotless hotel, I loved amazing location and rooms. The bed was comfy and it was great having central heating, an ironing set and an electronic key card. With early check-in and late check-out, this venue was well-organized. There were good internet and free parking available.

it was an incredible base for our luxury stay. we loved the continental breakfast and the friendly efficient staff. easy check in and smooth check out. relatively quiet location, walking distance to queen square. lots of food in the hotel, indoor restaurant.

we were able to visit royal crescent that was not far from the hotel. the entire experience was amazing. we enjoyed everything of our stay there. taste the food in firehouse rotisserie, you only need to walk 300 feet to reach it.
